"The JW Marriott Resort was absolutely breathtaking. The property is massive, with so many areas and restaurants that I didn’t even get a chance to experience everything due to time constraints. I stayed for a week in December, and the Christmas decorations throughout the resort added such a magical, festive touch—it truly elevated the entire atmosphere. From the moment my car arrived at the hotel, I was completely speechless. There was this overwhelming feeling of awe that’s honestly hard to put into words. It was one of those moments where you just feel how special a place is. My room exceeded all expectations. I stayed in a deluxe cabin, and it was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom opened into the bedroom, which made the room feel even more luxurious and open—just stunning. The staff truly made this experience unforgettable. A very special shout-out to OY at the concierge desk, who planned my tours and went above and beyond to make sure my vacation was seamless and memorable. She genuinely took care of me. The front desk team and the JW Café staff were also exceptional—warm, professional, and attentive at every interaction. Another huge shout-out goes to the team at Ginja Restaurant.
