"It was clean and not so far from the venue. The only thing I would safe is there were some sugar ants on the first floor near the window. Also the breakfast if u wanna call it breakfast; it was terrible! Eggo waffles no syrup and few bagels and not much of anything else. So I would say it was a 3.5 out of 5."

"Great place to stay on the beach in Misquamicut! We loved our time here and we will be back! Pleasant View offers everything we need for our 3 day beach vaca! Oceanview rooms are big and the view is beautiful! Would love to see them add a microwave to the room! ( and remove the carpet)… Pleasant View lets you park and use the pool or go to the beach before your check in time! Gives you extra vaca time! Staff is very helpful. We always needed extra towels and they were happy to provide them. There is a small microwave and fruit water near the lobby. Tea/coffee too, at times. There are some fun activities on most days, like music and trivia. Pool could use some updating and care. Restaurant is short staffed but they work very hard to get the job done! Can’t wait to go back next summer!"

"Was a good price and a clean room….seemed like a safe area and the outside was very cute……def needs some updating and repairs done. The stale cig smell haunted me all night. I would say if you just need a place to lay your head go for it, but do remember, you get what you pay for and adjust your expectations accordingly."
