"In general, it is a very good place to stay. The room has an air conditioner, a dishwasher, a cook-top, and a Nespresso machine. The room is clean, although there were some small flies around. We also found that housekeeping didn't empty the Nespresso internal capsule container nor the drip tray. The staff are accessible, and speak several languages fluently (English, Spanish, Portuguese). They are strict about the number of complimentary items you can get per day. For example, you only get 4 coffee capsules and 1 litre of bottled water per day. They charge 0.50 euro for each additional capsule. The location is a bit far from touristic spots, but is very accessible by metro. It is also very close to a supermarket (2-min walk), and there is a laundromat right in front across the street."

I had an issue with allergies and the staff quickly provided support and changed our room to one with a wood floor and hypoallergenic bedding. They then checked on me to be sure the remedy was successful. It was very much appreciated and beyond what I expected."

Lo que no me gustó que si bien hay ascensor hay que subir unos 5 escalones que con mucho equipaje se complica"
