"Clean, well-maintained hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. Erick Morais, Fatima Rodrigues, and the rest of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful VIP package, including the wine and cake we ordered, which was delicious.
We also highly recommend trying the pizza at the hotel restaurant. It was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations.
The hotel's location is excellent, with the main city attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas just a 10-minute walk away. The Bolhão Market is also within walking distance and is a wonderful place to experience local food and pick up souvenirs.

"Outstanding stay in Porto! The location is perfect—right on Batalha Square, steps from the metro, and an easy walk to all major historic sights. The rooms are incredibly clean, quiet, and modern with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is fresh and offers a fantastic variety, and the staff is exceptionally helpful. Highly recommended!"
"Fantastic location. Great rooftop space. Room is spacious but pillows are hard as rocks. Breakfast is decent, it will fill you up. Great lounging rooms if you are interested in an alternative space."
"Good location, walking distance to all landmarks. was assigned to level 2 room which is noisy as it’s close to the road. Hotel reassigned me to a corner room at level 5. Room is quite small for its value. You can hardly put 2 luggages
Breakfast is ok. Nice spa that one can enjoy, free for 1 hr every day.
Generally the service is quite slow and inefficient. Takes >20 mins when we request for water or stuff.
Room housekeeping wasn’t done when we requested for it at 1230. Then when we came back at 4 pm it still wasn’t done. It’s a bit annoying after 2 reminders.
Gym water dispenser js empty. Called for service and it took ages.
It’s a nice hotel , clean and new but service level needs to be greatly improved.
Overall I like it cos if it’s location and it’s not as busy as other hotels."
