"Stayed here one night after trip to Halong Bay and have to say staff was wonderful and attentive. However the conditions of the hotel left little to be desired. The lobby was welcoming with fresh scents, but as soon as we went to our room on the 7th floor we were overwhelmed with old musty smell of mold and old smoke scent which continued in our room. The smell was almost unbearable. The room was very spacious and was even provided extra towels. Also shower had great water pressure. The room would have been better if the old carpet did not feel so grimy. Had to wear slippers entire time because did not want to touch carpet. Also not a whole lot within walking distance after staying in old quarters. Overall I would expect higher quality for the price. "

"Family friendly, clean room and everything you need to cook is available in the kitchen including a combo of washing and dryer machine. Staff very accommodating specially Jess, Patrick, Adam, Nina, housekeeping, Huong and Van from the spa the best all around spa massage and treatments. The buffet, good quality and several choices. Even though is few minutes away from the crowd and market places, I’ll definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend it. Everything I expected in a beautiful, clean, friendly/hospitable environment, very knowledgeable and their professionalism is definitely commended. Loved it, 5+ stars"

"Even though it is close to the airport, the area surrounding the hotel is run down. There is a dearth of good eating places nearby. The hotel staff is very helpful. The room and bathroom was clean. The jetted tub in the bathroom and the massage chair in the lobby was a great addition. "

"The room is really good. I've stayed 1705,1706,1707. All was good, but I'm afraid that someone who've used 1707 have dart the livingroom's floor and it's still left. And we also need detargent and sponge. Also, freestanding laundry hanger is useful when we stay longer. Otherwise, I think this hotel is really good in many aspects. All sataffs are really good, too. Also, please think about add bun to restrant ^^."

"I had a fantastic stay at Moonlight Tay Ho. It’s a cute, cozy apartment that’s tucked away in a quiet area right across from West Lake, making it a perfect escape from the city noise. One of the best-kept secrets here is the rooftop terrace—it’s a total hidden gem with an amazing view of the Hanoi skyline. The apartment is very well-equipped; having a private laundry machine was a huge plus for my trip, and the kitchen features a real, full-sized refrigerator that actually keeps your drinks ice-cold. Highly recommended for a comfortable, self-contained stay!"
