We loved our stay here the front desk staff was helpful especially with navigating the bus routes! Our room was beautiful. There was easy access to a very nice beach. There were a couple restaurant options within walking distance on the beach. It’s about at 20 minute walk to old town Skiathos or a quick bus route from stop 5 to stop 0. Breakfast was okay for a breakfast buffet.
The staff was very helpful. Demetrios went above and beyond what we expected. Steep steps would not be ideal for everyone. My bad knees and age in my 70's was still able to do it. The Rock is a place I would recommend. View on the balcony was special.

The comfortable bed and pillow was just what we needed after a long day and the coffee with terrace view was just what we needed to start the next day. If I’m ever back in Skiathos, this is will I be staying.
Perfect quiet location. Very convenient to the bus station which I used to visit the various beautiful beaches. My room had a kitchenette area so I was able to get food from local store and keep in mini frigerator for my convenience. It’s easy breeze walking distance 5 minutes to get to Skiathos town center which is vibrant and where all the restaurants shops and bars/cafes are. The nearby New Port is nearby and lovely to walk by. I hope to return again in the future!
The location was amazing, the property was very clean, and the communication process was very easy. We loved the view from our window, and having a little balcony was such a treat! The woman who helped us get checked in was so nice and answered all of our questions.
