Would highly recommend the restaurant in the lobby they have some really good food and you can get 25% your bill each time for staying in the hotel. One of the better hotels in Izmir compared to what we seen and it is one street away from the water. The staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay!"

"This hotel is a gem. A very short walk from the train station. It’s right next to a beautiful park . We took a train here from Denizli, because we had a plane to catch and were happily surprised at how nice the hotel and surrounding area was . We enjoyed the restaurant, we walked through the park, we went on the Ferris Wheel at Luna Park, walked to the port. We really enjoyed our day in Izmir."

I decided to come back and there was a great improvement in room quality...especially with the updated the bathrooms. This is one of the oldest hotels with very nice staff and rooms with wonderful, spacious balconies!
I stayed at this hotel for several days, and what I liked most was the cleanliness and spaciousness of both my room and the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who was there in the mornings and the cleaning lady. I also really liked that breakfast was brought directly to my room; however, this is something they could improve, as some days the breakfast was very good and varied, but other days it was very meager and basic, and the delivery person...
I was urgently looking for a hotel after an unpleasant experience with another hotel.
And Roi turned out to be an amazing experience.
It is located in a quite area - no noisy restaurants, no mosques, no transport. You can sleep with open windows without any problem. Also there is a train station nearby, and many bus and tram stops, so you can travel to any location. The esplanade is not verycfar from the hotel, ~15 minutes walking. So you can go and enjoy the promenade.

Newly renovated hotel and rooms. Everything worked well and air conditioning kept room cool when outside temperatures 100F. Location excellent, close to public transportation , shopping and sea promenade walking.

Walking through the fish market was fun, I always knew when we were close to the hotel

I was not aware that the entertainment on the weekends would go till 11 pm, I still went to sleep without a problem
