"Nice hotel in general. Large comfortable rooms with AC. Clean in general, but smelly pillow covered by a clean pillow case was really disappointing (could be an isolated event). Packed with an incredible amount of tourists at this time of the year, I feel that the hotel is overwhelmed by the number of guests during peak season. Great buffet but 20 minute wait standing in line for any grill item. Not overpriced. If you don’t mind an overcrowded modern hotel, this place can be a good choice."

Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. "This is an amazing property. It sits on a small hill overlooking Alanya and Cleopatra beach. It is so close to the Teleferic cable car which transports tourists up to the walled fortress for exceptional views of the Mediterranean coastline for many miles. Rooms all have patios or balconies.
