"Well priced, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. Suggestions: a microwave, smart TV. We were offsite, the map is a little tricky to interpret. Check in lady was very friendly but it would have helped if she simply said that the rooms were 350m down the street on the other side."

"Beautiful location but unfortunately one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. There was a severe mosquito infestation inside the cabin across both nights of our stay. We killed around 50 mosquitoes and still got bitten repeatedly, barely sleeping at all. We left exhausted instead of rested. What made this even more disappointing was that CABN never warned guests about the mosquito issue or recommended bringing insect repellent — despite sending a detailed “things to bring” guide covering many other items. The guide itself was only sent after we had to follow up shortly before arrival. A relaxing getaway turned into two sleepless nights."

"It’s cheap….and pretty poor. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen equipment were dirty. Towels were old and need updating. No outdoor lighting (well not turned on) when trying to get into the room at night. I’ve stayed there before and it’s really dropped in the three years in between. I stay in the Barossa all the time but won’t be back."

"Appalling accommodation. Nothing like the photos or description. The room was dusty, the toilet dirty and the TV didn’t work. I rang the managing agent several times and they passed on messages to the owners but no one responded. I was given the owners number but they wouldn’t answer. We had no TV for our whole 8 night stay. My wife cleaned the toilet, bathroom and kitchen and I dusted the furniture. We were given a partial refund after checking out but do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Stay was in April 2026"
