Outstanding service started from the check-in . Greeted with Moroccan tea and cookies . The staff at the reception , at the pool , at the restaurants and the entertainment were all amazing . The riad is very nice and the service is very good. Located in a very quiet area, I recommend it for a stay, although you must have a car because it is about 30 minutes from the central area in Marrakech.

If you're looking for a hotel and spa where you can be pampered and relax, I highly recommend staying at Al Fassia. Every memeber of the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The included breakfast is fabulous, and there is also an on-site restaurant serving lunch poolside, as well as an extensive menu for dinner featuring local specialties. This hotel has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Marrakesh!

This hotel will take care of you and get to know you. The room was timeless and a classic Moroccan beauty. This hotel was the best part of our trip to Marrakesh. The Jazz Bar essence and atmosphere is outstanding. I felt like I had been transported in time but with all the amenities.
