I loved the amenities in the room. Hair dryer, robes, coffee, etc. Also liked that I could order a drink at the front desk and take it to the hot tub. Liked that a restaurant was within walking distance. My husband appreciated the bike storage.
Nice grassy property with ample parking and outside had beautiful flower baskets. The family room rented was little smaller than expected but turned out perfectly for us 3 girls. Everything was clean and tidy as well. Exterior deceiving. Check in staff could have had a bit more excitement to greet guests, however, nice. Staff gal in morning before office opened was personable and gave us ideas for breakfast. Oh, and the hotel is in short walking distance to a Thai restaurant with great food....
Holet was impacable as expected from the Four Seasons, I really appriceate the little extras... Hot chocolate stations, wine tasting, coffee stations. Service was amazing.
Everything is perfect, ie location, staff, sapcious room with nice kitchen & living room area, another big plus is the fireplace really working for the vacation vive in Whistler. One minor setback could be that there is only one bathroom which we need to work out smoothly for a travel group of 4 adults. Hehe...
We went to Whistler for family ski vacation. Our stay at the Pan Pacific was excellent. Their ski valet and ski locker mountain side was a valuable service. Staff was excellent: helpful, cheerful, invaluable. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great property, loved the 3 bed loft room and the location. The pool didn't look inviting. I didn't know there was a $35 daily charge for parking, so that was an unfortunate surprise.
It was a great family vacation to ski Whistler/Blackcomb. Blackcomb Springs Suites room was spacious and the full kitchen helped it feel more like a home. The ski in / ski out location was very convenient as my wife was not a skier so we did not need to have to rent a car. Use a Whistler shuttle service from the airport to and from Blackcomb Springs Suites. The local free shuttle service around town made it easy to get around. Nice place to stay for skiing in the Whistler mountains! The gondola is right at your backyard, grab the skis and walk to it! We had a 2 bedroom condo this time, it's all upgraded to a nice condition, the kitchen and the bathrooms. Clean and comfortable bedding, cozy fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. And we loved the hot tub and pool area where you can actually watch the skier on the trail.
Our suite was even bigger then the pictures show with an amazing jetted soaker tub, and the kids loved the waterslide! Great housekeeping each day as well. We'll definitely be back!
Nicely finished hotel with a heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. We had parked in the Village for $10/day and left our car there rather than park at the hotel for $19/day. It was a short walk and although we had small children, we did not have much luggage so it was manageable and enjoyable walking in the snow. Second time staying here. Probably won’t look elsewhere again. The property is well kept kept, modern, plenty of amenities. Secure parking directly underneath, which is where kept our snowboards and some gear, is a huge bonus. You cross one street and all of Whistler is within half a mile.
A great apartment in the centre of Whistler. Underground parking, easy check in and well appointed, spacious accommodation. In the centre of Whistler so an easy walk to all sights and restaurants. Had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.
