"This is an older but very well kept family owned hotel. It doesn’t have any real amenities to speak of. But it was extremely clean and the staff is very accommodating. This small town has plenty of restaurants and bars. A public pool and other things to do. I highly recommend it."

"Lanjaron is a little tired compared to other towns and villages we visited on our trip. Hotel was clean and tidy, new sealant around the bath required, suite brown (probably lovely in its day) but clean. Bed not great, we could feel the springs popping, not comfy and felt old. Decor plain and old fashioned. The outside was well maintained and a good size pool but we didn’t use. We paid for breakfast which was ok. Value for money, compared to other hotels on our trip, not great. "

"This beautiful place is worth the visit to the town of Niguelas. Everything was lovely. From the room to the breakfast to the caring owner who ensured we had everything we needed. We stayed here overnight and spent days on the beach. Very easy drive to the coast. Great value."

The weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the property’s beautiful roof top patio or courtyard with pool, but we did enjoy this historic house, the comfort and cleanliness of our room, and the plentiful and delicious prepared by our hosts. "Simple hotel on the edge of Orgiva. Recommend top floor rooms with a large terrace and a balcony to enjoy the view over the surrounding mountains. Room was large, spotlessly clean and with a great bathroom. Would have appreciated a hairdryer, modern pillows and better soap and towels but all in all it was great value"
