"I had high expectations for this hotel. Based on the review, I expected professionalism and comfort. After paying online (EVERYTHING), I had issues at checkout. Even though I had proof of payment of my stay through Hotels.com, the agent at reception still asked me to pay for additional taxes. I mentioned to him that I paid for it online while showing him the receipt. He insisted that I should pay an additional $7 in USD to cover for city taxes. Mind you my original invoice was paid in CAD. This...

Malgré mes relances je n'ai pas pu obtenir une facture globale de mon séjour car le réceptionniste, qui jouait au solitaire sur son ordinateur, a remis ça au dernier moment et évidemment l'imprimante ne marchait pas quand j'ai dû partir. "The hotel refused to accept my Hotels.com itinerary and asked me to pay again. Suggestion that Hotels.com was a scam. They didn’t even offer to call you and resolve the issues. I basically spent 30-45 minutes calling Hotels.com to ask them to call the hotel. Terrible service, terrible harassment."
