"All the staff are very friendly & helpful, the hotel and surroundings are beautiful, its spotlessly clean and our experience was even better than we imagined "

"Hotel was very clean and looks spectacular. We stayed out of season so was very quiet with not all restaurants open during our time there. Taxi into town around 15 minutes so not the end of the world. Only negative was finding out where everything is, very large hotel with not the greatest signposting. "

"Queens Hotel is an excellent choice for solo travellers or couples wanting to enjoy Benidorm's nightlife. The location couldn't be better! The staff here are super helpful and friendly, making the stay really enjoyable. Plus, having the amazing breakfast every day with so much choice was a major highlight. One quick word of advice is try to avoid room 52. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place to stay and I’d happily return!"
