A relaxed stay with a great staff right at the beach

We rented a two bedroom unit (really two one bedroom units connected by a short hallway) with our 21 year-old triplets. It was a perfect setup for us. My wife and I took one unit, and our kids took the other. The resort is in a very convenient location- also very well-maintained. There are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance, which our kids really liked because they could go out without waiting for us to drive them somewhere. This is the perfect place to have an ocean view room that is beautifully done. The hotel doesn’t offer a ton of amenities, but it’s in a great location on a beautiful beach. Come here to enjoy time with a partner, have access to beach restaurants and activities and rent a car to explore the island. Our concierge, Junior, was amazing and saved us by getting our passports to us after we had already arrived to the airport!

We enjoyed the secluded nature of this area of Simpson Bay Beach. The room was clean and layout was perfect. Two suggestions would be; atleast a broom assigned to each room to sweep out sand that may get in due to the close nature of the beach and also a microwave to heat up atleast left overs as there's no breakfast options on the property.

Have been going to Sint Maarten for 7 years now. Stayed at a few places, next door at Divi twice. Last year, Divi changed exchange rules.Would not let us exchange.(3-5 yr rule?) We loved that area/the employees at Divi.Knew Belair was next door. I was very tentative about how our unit at Belair was going to compare. My only issue was with the parking. There is only room for 3 small cars to park. Once we were unable to leave the premises because non-guests were parked in front of our car with no way to contact them.

The staff is polite helpful patient and happy. Keith at Carambola restaurant was exceptional. The pastry Chef came herself to discuss our gluten free need for the dessert. Everyone was accommodating. The rental car seemed to have stalled, the valet staff went above and beyond to help restart. While checking out the manager was courteous and handled everything with well. The hotel was clean, no sand on the floors.

The property is well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The only restaurant/bar at the facility is opened for all 3 meals at a specific time but the bar is always open. You can get a good dinner for a rational price. Breakfast was pretty good not included.

Location was great, right on Maho beach and close to shops and restaurants. Other beaches accessible by foot or car. Resort staff friendly and helpful.

The honesty of staff, I left my safe unlocked and our housekeeper reported it to security. They came in and secured our valuables and assigned a new code. Which was then retrieved directly from security. The overall attentiveness of staff at front desk was also great for a speedy check in.

Super unique property, far enough away from big touristy areas. Mike and Fawnette was amazing hosts and catered to every need. Beach front with chairs for quests, quiet beach and great hosts- will stay here again!!

Had an excellent stay, great place to relax and enjoy the island especially the attraction of the planes landing and taking off at Maho.

Comfortable, clean and close to beach, eats and nightlife. Staff is great - Ashley is super - made us feel welcome and evening staff assisted with plane reservations -- we'll be back

This property was beautiful. Had a great time. Just be aware that there is a free shuttle into town that is not ran by the resort but by a jewelry store. When they get you into town they take you directly to the store. Try and sell you things. Before you can leave for your shopping in town.

The staff and management was fantastic. We enjoyed ourselves with the bar and spa. There is some work still being done to to repair some of the property but I don't know many places that aren't doing that. The concierge was great helping us get excursions booked and getting us a driver! We would come back!

I highly recommend Mullet Bay Suites for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and comfort.
