Outstanding hotel. Perfect location. The staff are knowledgeable, flexible, helpful, and put the customer first. Their breakfasts are excellent, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Their espresso and other coffees are outstanding. They have outstanding laundry service, which is inexpensive and high quality. They have bicycles. The pool is lovely. I always go to this hotel when I visit Kanchanaburi. This hotel is a hidden gem.

Staff up to General Manager were helpful and friendly. Hotel is walking distance to bridge. Room and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Took tour scheduled through hotel and requested a car after to take us to the airport. Everything worked out fine. Car to the airport at the end of the day was a pleasant ride. ...
