"Stay is in a quiet neighborhood and there are strict rules to not make any noise throughout the day or night. There aren't many shops around and only one 24hr konbini late at night. The couch was very old and was not at all how it looks in the photos. Nice to have a whole kitchen to use but there is only forks and chopsticks. There are cutting boards but no knife to cut anything, only a pair of scissors."

We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. "札幌駅やすすきの周辺まで、市電、地下鉄、バスと様々な公共交通機関で行くことができ、コンビニも近くにありました。悪くない立地です。 掲載されているとても清潔で美しい写真とは実際が異なり、家具やクッションなどがくたびれて、清潔感に欠けていました。 掃除されていない訳ではないと思いますが、洗面所の排水口がつまって水が溜まってしまったり、空気清浄機のフィルターがホコリまみれでした。 スリッパが使い捨てではなく布製のもので、衛生面が気になり、使えませんでした。 メッセージのやり取りですぐ返事がくるはよかったです。"

"Don’t stay here. This place looks nice in the pictures but is full of black mold. I have pictures but it won’t let me upload them. The sheets and comforters were dirty and we found medicine packets on the floor and fake eyelashes in the bed. Also, pee stains all over the matress. I asked to leave when we first walked in and the owner said absolutely not. No refunds! "

"Very spacious, clean, facilated villa, host were very generouly with supplyingfood and drinks for us. It have great reach to ski and Sapporo city centre if you have car. The only drew back for us is no dish washer and only 1 toilet, other then that it's perfect for my family would definitely book again."

"掃除は全く行き届いていません。部屋も何か匂うし、お風呂にもカビなどがあり、ガッカリでした。水切りカゴも汚く、100均で給水マットを買って代用しました。大きなバスタオルとフェイスタオルがたくさんあったのは助かりました。 また、窓がひとつなので風通しが良くなく、冷房がないと夏は厳しいですね。 もう少し、プライドを持って、宿泊する人の気持ちを考え、お仕事していただけると良いかと思います。"
