Amazing Tuscany location and super friendly staff.

Nicolas and all other staff members were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome the moment we set foot on the property. The whole time we were able to talk to them via Whatsapp and they always kept us informed!

Stunning converted convent with incredible history and beautifully appointed rooms, plus gorgeous dining room, pool/jacuzzi with incredible view, lovely garden, bar, breakfast room and the staff so friendly and informative about the history.

Probably the best hotel I ever been to, everything was perfect

My husband and I spent one night at Residenza dei Ricci last weekend and cannot wait to return. It is ideally situated for exploring Chiusi and the surrounding area. Our short time spent under the care of Donatella and Raffaele was one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. They are talented, congenial and generous hosts. Excellent property. The resort is located on what appears to be a farm or in a farm area. We stayed for 4 nights and loved nearly everything. The room was excellent, only complaint was the bed/pillows were a bit hard for our tastes. If you like a firm mattress it will be good. We did not eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner so we cannot comment on the quality of the food. Breakfast was typical and high quality. The spa was nice as well. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was sumptuous. The pool was as warm as a bath. My only objection was that sometimes the pool would turn Trump reflecting pool green. However, the hotel would empty the pool and clean it. The view from the hotel, like much of Tuscany, was amazing. The bathroom in our room was large and the best I have experienced in any European hotel.

This was our absolute best stay in the three weeks we were in Europe! The staff was amazing, the food outstanding and the location — I can’t even begin to describe. If I could give it a higher rating I would!

We were the only guests for 2 nights out of 3, at this lovely B&B on the estate of one of the best wineries in Tuscany. We had sumptuous room with a living room, bedroom and bathroom (nice shower!) all to ourselves. The staff were local women, who made a wonderful breakfast every day and told us of the life in Tuscany. This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Umbria. The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The safe was so convenient as it was in a drawer and you didn't have to get on your knees to access it! The breakfast was awesome and the restaurant in which we had dinner one night was amazing!
