"Recently returned from a 5 night stay and had a wonderful experience, the entire setting is magical. The property is like a fairytale storybook with gardens of flowers, botanical beauty abounds with century old Cypress trees set back from the road. There are bikes available, a hotel shuttle, parking for hotel guests, EV charging which worked for us. Our room was great, it had a very large balcony! The Hotel breakfast was one of the best I have had in all of Italy ranks in the top 5. The only downside is the Beach experience, they treat it as a business for their guests rather than an amenity. It was disconcerting since we found it to be nearly 1/4 in use meaning practically empty. This is probably a result of their policy to not rent out chairs for a 1/2 day which does not make sense. We spent our mornings playing tennis nearby. They do not have a court on the hotel grounds. The location was extremly convenient and the shopping was terrific in the centro historico. Double check the concierge's recommended list of Osteria's since we found several not to be very special or good. I think that this Hotel is a place that I found to be very special with warm vibes and I will be returning. We loved it!"

"Wonderful , exceptional , nothing is a problem. food is awesome breakfast linch dinner . advice for local restaurants, staff are the friendliest smiliest and most helpful of any boutique hotel i we have visited in the world . impossible not to feel at home away from home . the beaches club is divine with beautiful food and cabanas. "Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "
