"Friendly and helpful staff , great breakfast & dinner, room a good size and location very handy for Norwich. Our first room smelled of smoke clearly from the last occupants filthy habit, the staff went out of their way to relocate us. "

"A hidden gem in the Norfolk countryside. An amazing period property that has been lovingly restored into a beautiful destination location. The entire stay was amazing, relaxing and nothing was too much trouble. Would have no hesitation in staying here again. "

"Ideally situated with wonderful staff finished off with an excellent breakfast 🤗"

"Amazing B&B, super themed rooms in historical building. Very well fitted with interesting pizza restaurant & bakery serving continental breakfast. The no reception or staff members works really well. Situated in the very pretty Market Square where we parked without any problem. Highly recommend. Great experience."

"Great warm welcome & the room was beautiful. The evening food was great. Breakfast was a great start to the day, however, charging for a pot of tea when purchasing a full English was a bit much!! Would definitely stay again"

"Stayed one night to look at the St. Mary's Church where my ancestors are buried. Nice property and an easy walk to the church. Would stay here again."

"A great property with lovely facilities and modern, clean styling, Wonderful location with the Abbey over the road and a pretty little town full of boutiques and shops a short walk away. Everything you'd need for a homestay style getaway with a well stocked (for utentsils) kitchenette in the room. Only small issue is the front main door needing to be slammed to close properly when people were leaving to go out."

"The room was basic. The gym and pool were above standard"

"Lovely room for the night while we were at Snetterton, comfortable beds and the staff we lovely."

"As I arrived there was a decent amount of parking out the front. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size with plenty of space to put belongings if you were staying for longer than just one night. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area."

"The properties is in good condition has nice rooms and has good food. Staff are friendly and efficient. You probably can only get there by car but there is plenty of car parking space and it could be used as a base to see a lot of of Norwich and surrounding area"

"This cottage was lovely and had everything you needed. Owners are great and on standby if you need anything. I was there for work and had to sleep in the day. Black out blinds very helpful and rooms comfortable and cosy. I also managed to explore some of the area and is a lovely place to go to on holiday. It is dog friendly, so hope to go back with my dog one day. Extra cupboard for storage if you need by front door/ Shared utility area with next door cottage. Sheep even came up to...

"This is a wonderful example of historic English buildings that have been updated for modern stays without losing their architectural quirks and historical oddities. Not ideal for people with limited mobility, but we enjoyed ducking under low lintels and walking over uneven floors, some of which have been around for several centuries. Our room was clean and well-provided, and though there was a leak in the clean-water part of our toilet the owner told us that the required part was on order and...

"One bath towel 2 adults? Blocked sink? Charged 15 pounds to check in an hour early when we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. If you need to stay in this area it has a restaurant on site , it’s ok but not geat"

"Nice accommodation in a great location. Lovely welcome pack and well presented cottage."

"Great staff, great food, and comfortable bed in a convenient location, only thing I would say is breakfast was a bit lacking, only a small tray of pastries and they were gone within seconds then it's a 20-30 min wait for more, also cooked breakfast seemed to take ages to come out."

"Great host food was good nice room"
