The island is chock-full if friendly and comforting staff members which truly elevate the unique experience provided by the island itself. The villas were extremely clean and we didn’t even encounter one big inside ours. The pool was a nice addition and just walking around being surrounded by palms, turquoise waters and silence was as breathtaking as it gets. To add to all this - THE FOOD was extraordinary. This place is a real gem! I stayed in the Kasa Villa for 4 nights with my dad, and we were so impressed with how spacious, clean, and comfortable everything was. The staff were friendly and helpful and our stay was so quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. I was sad to leave!
TOA is a new facility in the as-yet unspoiled Pongwe Beach area. The facility itself is beautiful, and kept immaculately clean. The staff are unfailingly kind, helpful and efficient, and everyone greets you with a smile and warmth. The food is delicious and beautifully prepared, and the grounds and amenities are spotless and carefully maintained. The most memorable part of the stay is the staff; I cannot say enough about how kind and generous they are. I highly recommend a stay at TOA.
Nice quite hotel with a garden when you can walk and good access to the beach. It is a boutique hotel which we would definitely recommend. Restaurant is ok, but there are plenty other restaurants around which are worth to explore
This is one of the best places that I have stayed throughout the many years I have been travelling, the hotel manager Gibson and his assistant Yusif were very welcoming, helpful and ensured we got everything we needed. The food was very good, the hotel was super clean and essential were served in a way that made our stay a very memorable one. I will stay at this place 💯 again. Thank you for hosting us!
The Sevi Hotel was the perfect place to go after 9 days on safari. The beautiful gardens, the pools, the big rooms and comfy beds, the hammock on our deck, made it such a relaxing time. We had 2 fabulous spa treatments and the food is amazing and healthy. The beach scene is non stop entertainment with the locals coming and going. But the best part was the attentive staff. Really such beautiful people working there and we felt cared for in every way. Thank you Sevi for the amazing week!
WOW, the property is very relaxing. It’s very beautiful and the staff , I mean there perfect from the manager to the waiters/bartenders and women that keep the rooms immaculate. They treated me so well, the food is amazing and the views from the bungalows are very beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a beautiful experience of Zanzibar and the spectacular ocean views it has to offer.
We spent 3 nights in Uroa and 3 in Nungwi... Absolutely uncomfortable!
We were upgraded to a sea view suite upon arrival... The room was amazing and just 5 meters from the beach with an amazing view.
Only 2 problems we encountered were- balcony door wasn't able to lock, which was later fixed.
And the hot water... We had a bath tub but not enough hot water to fill it more than half way.... Which was a disappointment.

We had half board, and the food was excellent with plenty of variety. Dinner was especially enjoyable, as it was served by the pool with beautiful lights creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Sometimes they even played music during dinner,...
It is amazing what you get for such a small fee. Right on the beach with a big breakfast. All day coffee and tea. Towel and soap. The staff are so kind and helpful and attentive. Even though we thought our room was going to be on the beach it didn’t matter because it was just such a great down to earth stay. With such affordable drinks and food. I would definitely stay again.
