A very helpful person met us there and guided us to the hotel, water was provided, breakfast was traditional and yummy.. staff were so friendly and we felt at home. "The staff was exceptionally helpful, the real fast each morning was wonderful with a traditional Moroccan breakfast each morning. The staff was very attentive and provided lots of guidance. Keep in mind this similar to a bed and breakfast and not a hotel, so there is no sign outside. All in all a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend this place."

"The staff was so lovely and welcoming. The room was well appointed and simply decorated. It is well located in the bottom half of the Medina which is helpful for people with walking difficulties. Chaouen is not made for those actually, the stairs are steep and the streets are unevenly paved."
