"Perfect location! The hospitality from all the staff was exceptional! Book their airport transfer to make arrival easy. It was 30 MAD. Otherwise, a taxi will have to drop you outside the Medina and it will be hard to locate the hotel. Perfect stay in Tangier! Able to walk to all the sights and spend time in charming cafes right outside the hotel. Change money at one of the many places on the street outside the hotel to get a much better rate. "

"Loved this hotel right at the entrance to the medina. I stayed in the terrace suite and it was a beautiful view of the city and the water. Staff were super helpful and friendly. As others said, it was loud at times because you’re in the medina, but that didn’t bother me. Extra blankets, hangers, mini fridge, TV, couch in my suite. Excellent location — so close to the port, taxis and the bus. Coffeemaker was clogged, but not a huge issue. Would absolutely stay again."

"Stayed three nights as our base to see Tangier, Asilah and Tetoun. It is a good location in the Medina and close by to restaurants and other shops. However taxi will only drop you at the nearest point due to no road access at the hotel so prepare to walk roughly 200m uphill especially if you have luggges can quite tiring. Overall , it’s a lovely place with good staff , location and value for money."

"This was our first visit to Morocco and we wanted to be in the medina. We loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly and gave excellent recommendations. Breakfast was fantastic; we ate once on the rooftop terrace and once on the floor underneath. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in modern hotel close to the beach, city centre, and a 15 minute walk to the old town and market."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the facilities that they offered such as the pool. The breakfast was exceptional, and we had a wide variety of items to choose from. The staff were very polite; however, we had an issue with the water not passing in the tub and had to raise the issue twice. The water would also suddenly lose pressure and change to either being too hot or cold. This was not resolved despite us raising it 3 times with the reception staff, and this can pose a serious risk of burning."

"À notre arrivée, nous avons attendu 45 minutes dehors et avons eu besoin d’aide d’un agent d’hotels.com pour rejoindre la réception qui est dans une autre Riad, malgré que j’avais communiqué avec eux la veille de mon arrivée. L’employée qui est venue nous ouvrir est Chaimae et je veux faire une mention très spéciale à son égard car elle fut extraordinaire! C’est bien grâce à elle que nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Tanger. Chaimae est d’une gentillesse exemplaire et elle est respectueuse ainsi que très professionnelle. C’est incroyable de savoir qu’elle parle peu français (2 ou 3 autres langues) mais nous nous sommes facilement comprise avec un traducteur. Merci Chaimae pour ce séjour inoubliable 🙏"

Thus they have limited knowledge of hotel facilities. Restaurants are not always open when advertised. Due to location getting a taxi or Uber can entail a long wait."

The location was great although with suitcases it’s a bit of a trek from where you get dropped off. However, the clerk at the hotel took all our suitcase when we departed to where our taxi picked us up"
