Overall, this place was fantastic. The hotel did not disappoint. Only complaint is we were in the area during the “off season”, and all the surrounding businesses were essentially closed. But the breakfast alone at this hotel is reason enough to go back if I ever find myself in Switzerland again.
I enjoyed my stay. Rooms were basic but represented value for money which was what I was after. Good location for cycling. Breakfast was good. Key standout was the couple who manage the hotel who are simply delightful.
Great lil hotel in the heart of it all. It is VERY clean, the staff is very friendly and the location can not be beat. Our room only had a shower and not a tub, not sure if the others do or not. It was perfect for the traveler who wants a great place but will be exploring most of the day. I will stay there again.

This cute hotel was perfect for our one night stay after hiking Cirque du Fer à Cheval. Everyone slept well; kids loved the bunk beds. The lobby/restaurant area with terrace was especially charming and a fantastic place to start the morning with a coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The street also has a lot of charm, with a fantastic bakery, cute restaurant, pharmacy, and gift shop all within a block. One of the few hotels where the owner is also the operator instead of a corporate staff. This is what makes this hotel so special. These people care about what their guests think and want because they are the directly involved. This is the real difference between corporate and personal owner/operator type operations. Also, we spent an extra day there just walking around the little town as they are right in the middle - great location.
This is a really special place. It’s probably the only 3star hotel with its own pier so if you like swimming in the lake or take a boat it’s perfect. One of the only hotels I have visited wher everything is top notch. Very traditional and courteous staff. Excellent food. Produce is local sourced from their own garden. I would visit this place anytime. Very nice town.
Spartan but clean. Located in remote commercial park area so dining is limited and Uber will not pick you up. Cheap place to rest your head. We chose it because it was next to the motorcycle rental place we will use for the week. Shuttle vans from GVA airport is 160-210 Chf; we used Sixt at only 138 Chf.
