"Breakfast is fantastic and the staffs were very friendly and helpful!"

"Lovely location on the water. "

"Zeinab at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, providing us with valuable information about the tours and local history. We enjoyed a pleasant supper in the evening, which included water, coffee, and tea, and found breakfast to be quite satisfying. The staff were notably friendly, enhancing our experience. Additionally, there are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"room is clean, it is good location."

"Very nice hotel with good facilities, clean, very nice restaurant, big room, helpful staff. It is a very good idea to prebook parking as it's often sold out! Nice breakfast. They have a great café latte machine, but it's not available before in the evening. So the hotel basically only offers standard black coffee..."

"Enjoyed my stay during a business trip. All great during my stay and conveniently located near the center of town."

"Lovely stay. Breakfast is epic."

"Vackert, välskött och välkomnande!"

"Good breakfast. Free parking. Good value for money."

"Very good location at the center of Eskilstuna! Satisfying breakfast and very kind and helpful receptionists!"

"The breakfast was fine. The staff was very nice. The bathroom in the room was a little dusty and not super clean. The beds were fine a little to the soft side. There was some noise from the street."

"I find it perfectly fine and we were very pleased with the condition and price. I would definitely recommend it and will book again next time I travel to Västerås/Sweden. A huge thanks to everyone 🙏🙏"

"Saknade belysning vid skrivbordet. den ena sänglampan satt löst, men det som störde mest var lakanen som var hårt parfymerade av tvättmedlet. Kommer därför inte boka hotellet igen trots god och generös frukost, bra parkeringsmöjligheter och trevlig personal."

"Perfect overnight stay, especially if traveling by car"

"Easy to find, I felt like it was very safe to park the car in the area. Perfect location if you want to avoid the rush our traffic when having meetings in central Västerås."

"For me I had to book a cabin because the all the hotels were fully booked so an average rating might be unfair because it didn’t really cater for me. The accommodation was clean and warm with outside temperatures as low as -15. I did have to rent sheets but I guess this is normal for a cabin. "

"Rent och fint. Såg ut som på bilderna."

"Veldig hundevennlig med fine luftemuligheter, og mulighet for inngang til rommene via dør til side fløyen uten å måtte gå gjennom resepsjonen. Stor parkeringsplass og gangavstand til arenaen ved siden av. Helt ok frokost og store rom."
