It may appear hard to find but if you are looking for an exceptional location in the mountains then, don’t hesitate to book it. Nothing major, just small things that kept it from being perfect. I would have liked a coffee pot and microwave. The floors needed a better vacuuming. Staff was excellent and accommodating. I don't know where the disconnect was but I thought I was booking the full apartment but was initially placed in a very small single room with bathroom. Fortunately the full apartment was available so we were able to switch to that on the second day. Just be aware that there are 3 properties available but...

We had a delightful 5 nite stay. Perfect location- steps away from the ancient city entrance gate. Great restaurant next door if you are tired after a busy day of exploring and don’t feel like hiking around. Free parking and wonderful breakfast. Staff is amazing and professional. Room was terrific with a balcony overlooking the town of Spello and the pool. Can not say enough great things about this hotel, headed to Spello- this is a must!
