A wonderful experience.. Fun place to spend a day or two near Petra.. Dinner wad served in the house.. You get the whole house.. We all had our own rooms.. Felt like we were in Aladdin's Cave.. I'd stay again..
It was a wonderful experience to stay there! The staff who welcomed us were all very nice and polite, including the (very helpful after a long day) transportation service members from Petra to the Luxury Camp.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and we could tell that even small details of the room were very well taken care (e.g. bed linens, welcome coffee set, and how they are neatly arranged).

The hotel was very accommodating which made my trip to Petra amazing. They explained how to enjoy the area to the fullest based on my interests. They fixed any issues with the hotel room immediately. When my travel plans changed unexpectedly, they were quick to find me reasonably priced transportation. I would definitely stay with them again.
Nice rooftop, 5 minutes walk from the entrance of Petra, for those who want there is the possibility of having a lunch box (containing 2 sandwiches 2 fruit snack water and juice), excellent cleaning and very kind staff.

This is the hotel to stay at for Petra, as it can't be closer to the Visitor Center and entrance to the world heritage site. You literally walk across the street to start your walk to the Petra site. The hotel itself has very friendly and helpful staff - in particular Mohammad Kasbah was extremely patient and helpful in coordinating some tricky transfers to/from Amman and Wadi Rum. This is a new property in Petra, very close to the entrance to the visitors center, and easy walking to a number of restaurants.
The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern, and the staff all go out of their way to make guests feel at home.
One feature I did not take advantage of, but looked very interesting, is a daily cooking class at “Petra Kitchen” in the hotel where you participate in cooking a Jordanian meal.
