"Loved our stay at this hotel . Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Allowed us early check in and late check out . Will definitely stay again"

"The word luxury and excellence are insufficient to describe how amazing this hotel and its staff is. We were made to feel like royalty. From receipt of a fresh orchid on arrival to the special treats Ieft in our room daily the whole experience was just perfect. Joanne & Iris on reception made us so welcome and are an asset to the Shangri La as are all the staff especially in the Valley Wing where we stayed. Thank you for making our 25th anniversary so memorable and special xxx"

"The entire staff was exceptional. From check-in to Check-out. A big thank you to all the staff during breakfast. They accommodated our dietary restrictions with a smile. They also made us feel very welcome each morning."

"Great location. Smooth check in. Very helpful. They accepted my request for a slightly late check out. The nuts in the room (mini bar) though tasted a bit stale even though it was not expired. That's the only minor negative."
