"Ein Juwel! Neu eröffnet, in historischem Gebäude. Top modern eingerichtet. Immer wieder! "

"Beautiful place. If you ever want to feel like royalty stay here. And on Sunday we had the hotel all to ourselves. Cant give Schloss Matzen enough praise "

"Rena rum. Bra trevlig personal. "

"Beautiful location, stunning hotel, staff amazing, spa delightful"

"Super fin og stor lejlighed med god beliggenhed ved siden af indkøb, tæt på søen og bare generelt smuk natur omkring. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this location. The facilities were great and the staff were fantastic. Majority of the places you would likely visit are either a short walk for the mountain or a trip into the city via a lovely train. Very well run place and would love to revisit once the chance arises."

"The staff was very accommodating and happy to meet any need or request we had. Once the staff knew the purpose of our visit, they shared additional tips and places to visit, which made our visit even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The breakfast included was great. We also had dinner at the hotel and found the food delicious and the prices reasonable. I would definitely recommend the restaurant as well."

"Clean, good view and great breakfast! "

"The hotel is situated perfectly for walking into the small town of Alpbach or for setting off on one of the many possible mountain hikes in the area. Facilities: stainless steel lined indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool with bar service. Plenty of towels available. We paid the half-board rate to get breakfast and dinner included. We are vegetarian and I was pleased to see a full five-course vegetarian dinner each day. The courses are smaller than one often finds in similar places (as they state...

"Excellent hotel/spa resort. Very nice indoor and outdoor pools; comprehensive spa and relaxation facilities, wonderful location out of the touristy path. Hotel is in excellent condition, very well maintained and very well equipped."

"Lovely hotel, all the staff were super friendly and helpful to us and also to our dog! Rooms were spacious and comfortable, delicious breakfast and a great location. We will be back to visit again :) "

"Amazing facility with extremely dedicated and friendly staff. The goulash suppe was amazing. "

"Great place friendly staff"

"Rent og veldig fin rom med super utsikt! Personalet var utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Anbefales virkelig!"

"It's a charming hotel in an equally charming ski village. We traveled off season so it was very quiet. We had the Snow White room which we were very happy with. It was spacious and comfortable. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and the staff were very accommodating. We ate at the hotel because it was convenient for us. The breakfast buffet was typical Austrian style with many items. Supper menu was a bit limited due to low season, but we always found tasty options. Too bad our weather was too...

"Ny fräsch, mysig Hotel. Vänliga värdar och toppen mat både frukost och kväll. "
