El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa.
Respecto al personal todos muy atentos "

"This property was absolutely fantastic! We wish we stayed longer. The hostess was warm and welcoming and so were her two cats. The apartment had all the amenities we could have asked for including extra beds and linens if we had needed. Our apartment/hotel looked over the lake for a stunning view all day long!"

"Our stay at Alejandro’s cabin was unforgettable. The place is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature, and very clean and cozy. Alejandro is a kind and genuine host who made us feel like family. He even played a traditional Mapuche instrument (Trutruka) when we left — a moment we’ll never forget. Highly recommend this unique experience in southern Chile! "

"Staff was very kind. Rooms were incredibly clean and breakfast was always very fresh in the morning. Location was absolutely perfect for exploring Pucon - everything was walkable.
There was also a good kitchen space and safes for valuables in each room. Absolutely would recommend! "

The loft was so clean and everyday she came to remove garbage and ensure everything was okay.
Good location but you need a car about 20 minute walk to Center Pucon.
Above all safe secure grounds and loft was very y comfortable.

"I’ve stayed here several times and I was most impressed this last time. Winter is still a great time to stay here. The spa is great with indoor pool and sauna. Very tasteful upgrades done to the entire hotel and the breakfast buffet was superb.
Being able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurant is why I come back. The staff seems way better than years ago. Professional and kind"
