We had a large room with a beautiful terrasse overlooking the ocean. The king size bed was super comfortable ! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant, again with a superb view overlooking the ocean! Everything we ordered was excellent. The portions are huge. We should have followed our instinct and order an appetizer and just one main plate to share.
The only drawback is the difficult access to the main entrance of the hotel. After turning around...
Staff was fantastic, so helpful, early check in by 9AM after the overnight ferry from Nice. Room well equipped w kettle and frig, well located just up the street from the Tourist office and large town square. The tourist train took us around town through the old port and up to the citadel. The train driver and guide were great too. Very nice welcome to Corsica. Plenty of pastry shops and restaurants close by as well as the Spar convenience grocery a block away. Really nice property. The staff throughout our stay was hit or miss when it came to friendliness, but the rooms were clean and big. The amenities are great as well.
Reception closed at 7:00 and we didn’t get there until 10:00 because of car problems in Bastia. They came in after hours on a holiday to check us in. They were very friendly and helpful.
There is a little market and boulangerie right down the road that is so good.
This is a nice, clean and quiet unit. It has good AC and a small kitchenette. The host is very helpful and responsive. The place is walking distance to a number of wineries. Highly recommend!
