Well located (close to Earl's Court station - so direct connection to Heathrow via Piccadilly line), nice area and solid hotel in all respects. Price was not cheap for certainly good value for money.
We enjoyed the holiday decor and the art installations. They also provided a celebratory wine and desert treat for our anniversary. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of London.
I did not rate the staff, because I never saw any of them. This is a self check in and out facility above a Mediterranean restaurant. Be sure you have WhatsApp if you book here because that is how the hotel contacts you. There was either no notice of this when I booked, or I just didn’t read thoroughly enough. In any event, it’s really the only place to stay in the immediate area. Do not park in the shopping center parking area for any longer than an hour. There is a very narrow passage way...

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Once of the best I have stayed in! It is close to everything important, all walkable- attractions, restaurants, shops, transportation. The room was large and very clean and comfortable! The history of the hotel is so neat too, Million was truly wonderful and he took us on a tour and showed us some historical areas near by, it was the best, he is really awesome! We had a beautifully renovated room on the 7th floor. they were doing construction on the floor above one morning and the manager of the hotel couldn't have been nicer to make up for the disruption. very professional staff, clean, modern rooms. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to London.
Very nice modern hotel. Breakfast buffet has to be one of the best I've ever had with tons of options. Tons of dinning options within few minutes walk and several convenience/ supermarkets if you need any essentials for your travel needs. About 4 minute walk to the Underground Tube station. Usually only took 10-15 minutes to get down to the river by the London Eye or Tower of London areas. Less than 1 hour to get to Heathrow on the train
Very good, small and cute hotel. You can walk 10-15 minutes to many tourist attractions. Rooms are not very roomy but relative to price you pay in London, this is good value.
The hotel has been nicely renovated and the rooms while small, are well furnished and modern. The staff are all very nice. The area is safe and there are plenty of good places to eat and is very walkable and easy to get anywhere in London from. For the price, it’s a great deal. My usual place is just a few blocks away but was full. It has more by way of amenities (gym, pool, sauna) but would have been 800 dollars more had I stayed there. I would stay here again
Great location, nice room, really kind and helpful staff. My only suggestion would be mini fridges in the rooms, without those you kind of have to get takeout for every meal. Aside from that, perfect
