I did not rate the staff, because I never saw any of them. This is a self check in and out facility above a Mediterranean restaurant. Be sure you have WhatsApp if you book here because that is how the hotel contacts you. There was either no notice of this when I booked, or I just didn’t read thoroughly enough. The room was super cute. The location is excellent! There is public transportation right outside the door. Many dining options. Many things to see nearby! The rooms had AC. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful! The only issue is if you have mobility challenges you would have to request a lower floor. Probably my best stay in London so far!
The location was fantastic for both central London and the other areas we were traveling to. Hotel was a very short distance from the underground.
Very quiet neighbourhood and very comfortable beds
Room was clean, staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was available onsite and was quite generous with several choices. Property is a bit dated but very clean and everything was in good working order. Beds were comfortable. It is in a great area with a tube stop just around the block, along with many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
Second time staying at the Delmere before flying home to the US. It’s a great option; two blocks from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express, tons of great restaurants within walking distance and the hotel itself has modern, clean rooms. I’ve stayed on the lower level at the back and it’s super quiet.
This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

This was my first time to stay in a Z Hotel. I totally loved it! I was in one of the smallest rooms, but I was solo and it worked out just fine. You could make it work with a couple as long as you planned to be out and about most of the day. It was very clean. It was very quiet. The location could not be beat. Great overnight stay. After 12 hours of traveling it was wonderful to be greeted by a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable front desk! Rooms are as described small but clean, freshly remodeled. Excellent value for the piece. Location is the best! Will stay here again.
