"Great staff "

"The staff at Charming Luxury Lodge is absolutely fantastic and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate us with the best room, restaurant recommendations, and even packed us breakfast to go when we had to drive instead of flying home due to cancellations."

"It is always nice to be so pleasantly greeted when you check into a hotel. Our check in was efficient and welcoming! Rooms were spotless, beds and sheets were comfortable. Staff in the lunch/bar/breakfast area were all very friendly, welcoming and accommodating! I would not hesitate to recommend Aguila Mora to friends and family! Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable!"

"Beautiful rooms!!! Excellent service!!! Nice place to relax"

"We really enjoyed our time here, it's a great base to explore Bariloche and especially Circuito Chico. The breakfast is great and the owners are so nice and friendly. We spoke to the owner about his family history, being descended from Lewis Jones, the founder of the Welsh colony in Argentina. The Welsh tea (Te Gales) was a great taste of home for us two Welshmen staying there. Would highly recommend staying in this beautiful posada. "

"Great hotel, close to the bus stop, which is very convenient if you want to go downtown or to Puerto Pañuelo. The hotel facilities are great, the restaurant is amazing, and the staff is incredibly kind."
