The property was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable (except the bathroom which smelled heavily of cigarettes), the rooftop pool was lovely, but there is a major lack of details to be considered a 5 star hotel. The in room minibar was empty, despite a price list. The room service menu was huge with lots of great options, we were excited to order after a long travel day but upon calling we were informed none of the menu was available, we could...

"Beach was beautiful- World Class! The room was perfect- great size. Food was excellent with good variety for all. Pool was fun and clean. Staff was amazing and helpful. But remember that you are in a resort- best to go out and do some local shopping to get a real feel for the area. Recommend guests to go out on the beach first light to see the fishing boats come in."

"I`ve booked 2 extra nights, because I liked it so much. The Staff are Superfriendly and the view from my Hotel was just fantastic . When I arrived, I hade some Issue that I couldn't walk great. The Staff offered me a different rom where i didnt hade to walk steps and I got my own little pool. This was so great. Specaly on the morning when you can enjoy your breakfast from your own Terrace. I will defently comback next time. "

"Cleaner than mist other hotels we stayed at in India. Western toilet and great shower with good water pressure. Room had kettle, TV with BBC News and a hairdryer. Dinner was very reasonable and good breakfast very limited western choices and after a month of Indian breakfast I appreciate some western choice even in India. Literally next door to shopping mall and only 70p auto ride to the ferry terminal to fort Cochin or to walk along the waterside walkway which is a nice tree lined...
