"Fabulous hotel in the Heart of Cannes - an easy walk to everything! We have stayed in Cannes before but this hotel is so lovely and unique. the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern but the hotel was originally a home and built in 1860. It has a pool and outdoor area and on site parking. We will definitely be back to stay at our new favourite hotel in France "

"After a day of wandering around lovely Cannes, it was sooo wonderful to come back to the hotel and get out of the heat. The rooms were great - really appreciated the kitchenette and iron! (Had a linen dress that needed help) The breakfast was fantastic to fuel us for the day ahead. Staff was great and since it was world cup season they had surveys for folks to vote on who they think will win. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Five Seas is in the perfect location in Cannes! Would highly recommend for its location , walk ability, feels like it’s in the heart of Cannes. Easy access to unber and taxi. Too many restaurants and cafes nearby to list. The beach club was great too. All around we would definitely stay here again."

"Nice hotel in the centre of Cannes. The Spa is very good, friendly staff breakfast is just ok. Check in time a bit slow. Concierge service is excellent for booking local restaurants in the area that normally are difficult to book. By yourself. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pernilla Nyrensten Entrepreneur"

"The staff at the hotel were all so helpful, from a late check in, to helping with coffees in the morning. The position is perfect for all of Cannes, seconds from Rue D'Antibes and a 10 minute walk from the old town. The hotel has a lovely garden to sit in for breakfast or just to enjoy some calm."

"The location of the hotel was great. Close to many good restaurants, shopping, train and beach. All of the staff were great especially the very helpful Esmeralda at the front desk. The hotel was quiet at night and while the pool is small, the surrounding seating areas are lovely. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming but everything else was very nice."
