This is a great hotel. The location is perfect for this city. It’s close enough to the main shopping but far enough from the noise. Parking wasn’t great but the city is mostly walkable. The property itself is gorgeous. The breakfast is delicious and workers are friendly and nice.
Amazing location just a bit off the pavement, totally worth a few kilometers of dusty road! Delicious breakfast buffet and rustic dinner totally worth catching. Great hiking trail down the scenic little canyon.
This hotel was the highlight of my trip to Crete. The setting and facilities conjure up a traditional Cretan Village with lush greenery, sunny terraces and beautifully decorated rooms equipped with a fireplace and refrigerator, plus balcony. Christina at the restaurant warmly greeted me each morning for a sumptuous breakfast and provided wonderful advice on local specialties and wine. I was greeted each morning by the sound of sheep bells in the valley below. I would highly recommend this...
Convenient location to museum; walking distance to all; very helpful staff, easy parking, very modern "high tech" building and we needed guidance for operating AC among other things; so ask your questions. We had 2 sinks and showers( !) an additional perk; I would recommend screens for windows to be able to open them. gym was a nice addition.
We stayed in a standard room in the main building and it was so lovely! The breakfast was awesome and the walk down to the village was convenient. This hotel has a lovely restaurant attached with great food. Zaros Lake is just around the corner. My favorite part was the spring water running down the side of the road. A very lovely village to visit on your trip around Crete.
Everyone from the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, and housekeeping went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely fabulous. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay. The breakfast was like nothing I had ever seen. So fresh and so much variety. Everything was delicious! You will love your stay here!
Has a person at reception 24 hours. Walking distance from city center. Very close to restaurants and shops. There are 2 super markets in walking distance. Very close to Heraklion port.
Everything is great, very friendly staff, very clean rooms and rhe breakfast is rich due to 3 stars. 15' to airport and close to many restaurants and tavernas.
Good access to the airport. Close to the bus to Heraklion. Staff were very helpful. The only wrinkle is that water in the rooms is non-potable so bring your own water.

Hot tub had a strange smell to it so unfortunately didn’t use it
Front desk was closed upon arrival and departure due to late night/early morning arrivals and departures so we was asked to leave 2 euros for nightly “environmental fee”, we left the 2 euros as asked and was still charged on our invoice for the fee. I know 2 euros isn’t much but taking the cash and still charging us is not right in our opinion
