The staff were absolutely wonderful. Always smiling, very friendly and accommodating. Food was great, hours of operation were perfect. Beach was just across a quiet road, and had soft sand Esther than rocky bottom. Spa services were nice as well.

We loved this hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and have a nice balcony. We did the all-inclusive and the food was some of the best all inclusive food we’ve ever had at a resort. The hotel is beautiful and the pool amazing. Our room was immaculate. I wanted to especially recommend the kids club, led by Carlitos. Our kids (8yo boy and 6yo girl) absolutely loved the kind and friendly staff and the wide variety of arts and crafts. The week's schedule was so thoughtfully planned. This was the real highlight for them. They lined up each morning waiting for it to open. :-)

The service was great, food at the restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast buffet was one of the best with a wide variety of options and some things they change daily to keep it interesting.
