Hostile & Demeaning Arrival: Right from the check-in, the host treated us with utter disrespect. Instead of a professional greeting, he pointed his index finger directly at me, demanding my passport, and then swung his finger toward my wife and 9-year-old daughter, aggressively ordering, "YOU, YOU, AND YOU, PASSPORTS!" as if we were criminals...
