"We had mixed feelings about our stay. Unfortunately, our experience at check-in was disappointing. We were initially given the wrong room, despite booking a different room type. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful, which made for a poor first impression.
After returning to reception and explaining the issue, the staff corrected the mistake and moved us to the room we had originally booked, which we appreciated.
While the room was clean and comfortable, it was much smaller than we expected, especially considering the premium price we paid. For the cost, we expected a more spacious room and a smoother arrival experience.
The hotel is in a great location and has many positives, but the check-in process, customer service at reception, and the value for money left us disappointed. With improvements in these areas, it could provide a much better overall guest experience."
"Loved the mix of modern European decor with old world charm. I wanted a chic Hungarian vibe, & this hotel did not disappoint! Beautifully appointed (I am a designer), & the stuff were very friendly and helpful with anything I would very much recommend Aria!"
