"The Zita I is a hotel mainly for Japanese tourists but I had been in the new Otani in Osaka and found it very comfortable. This Otani is connected to a high end mall, wit another hig end mall about a 10 min. Walk. There are a huge selection of restaurants and shops. A very pleasant area. "

"This hotel is literally in the heart of Chinatown and so dining options are endless. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Sauna area was enjoyable even for kids. Room itself (Superior Twin) was good although I didn’t understand why there was such a big step from the main space and the washroom. Full sized dining table and chairs was probably handy for some guests but takes up a fair bit of space and I wonder how many guests would use it given all the restaurants just steps away. The...

"I really enjoyed my stay here. It is right by Yokohama Stadium so it is walkable to some nice restaurants and shops. Kannai station is not too far either. There is an attached, 24 hour Lawsons for late night snacks or drinks. Across the street, at Yokohama Stadium, there is a nice park with greenery and water to enjoy."
