"It was okay. I didnt expect much and we only stayed for 1night but wont stay again. Room was so tiny and claustrophobic. Tea was in a diff room downstairs, very small shower cubicle. But it is budget"

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. A special mention goes to Ash at reception, who was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. He kindly arranged an early check-in and even offered me a late check-out free of charge, which made a huge difference to my trip. The hotel itself was spotless, with a very clean and comfortable environment. The breakfast was excellent—varied, delicious, and very family-friendly. The location is perfect, especially if you’re visiting for events. I stayed during the Birmingham Half Marathon, and the hotel was ideally situated—just about a minute from Centenary Square and around a five-minute walk to New Street Station, making everything easily accessible. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future!"

Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a great variety of fresh options to suit everyone – a perfect start to the day. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, friendly, and always happy to help, which really made a difference. The location is excellent, right by the NEC and very close to Birmingham Airport. We visited the Gladiator Experience at the NEC, which was so easy to reach on foot in under 10 minutes – super convenient. A special mention to Karisma, who served us food and drinks at the bar on Friday evening, even towards the end of her shift. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Her positive attitude and excellent service really stood out. Thank you to the whole team – we would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others!"

"Obviously perfect for airport. What often annoys me is the tea making facilities in room. If I book a room for three people, I expect three cups for making drinks. So often you just get the normal two cups. This is normally a double room with an additional bed made up on the pull-out sofa. There's no excuse really."

"Ideal location for the NEC, resorts world and the NEC Arena. Car park is a fair walk away but there is a bag drop facility to make things easier. Blessed with the usual relaxed Moxy charm."
