Room was spacious, staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not partake in the breakfast but their restaurant near the lobby was excellent and tasty. Enjoyed the hit tub but wish it was a little hotter.
We were a late check in and it went very smoothly. The lady at Elsie’s Restaurant and Bar got us sorted easily. The room was very clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend a stay here
Delicious breakfast buffet with coffee with fun foam designs every morning. Best muesli bars I have ever had. Great location, modern well-designed rooms, nice gym everything you could want in a room plus amazing views of the sky tower.
Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to help us find public transport suitable to our needs. The room was spacious and quite. There is a lot of construction around the hotel, which complicates traffic. Tons of restaurants within wañking distance. Would stay again.
It was not made clear what in the Kitchenette was included and what was a charge. Did not make coffee or tea because of this. The sky bus to the airport stopped right outside the front door. This was very convenient. The view was great. Sky tower was changed to green for St Patrick’s Day weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of my trek around NZ, and liked it so much I cancelled the hotel at the end of my trip and booked this one again. Rooms are large and well decorated, bathrooms are huge. Location is ideal. Staff are super personable. It was my favorite hotel of my six ones I tried throughout the country.
