"This was my first experience in Paris away from the Notre Dame. The Metro station Marx Dormoy is two minutes away.. the bus stop from Gare du Nord too and a wonderful boulangerie just before McD. "I really recommend this hotel to anyone who is combining a stay in Paris with a visit the North or France or the Alsace region. You are smack Dab next to Gare de l'est and a 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord. While I did not have breakfast at the hotel, I had coffee twice and a croissant. It's good and priced accordingly to the area. Everyone is nice and helpful. As for the rooms, yoi can see they did wonders of renovation in a very old building.
