"Wonderful location, great staff and the rooms had all the amenities you’d want. The only issue was the showers as the floor was very slippery and the hand spray nozzle sprayed water everywhere- even under the glass door . A very strange design"

"This hotel is still my favorite one in the area. Nice, big and clean rooms. Their breakfast is really good. The only part I didn't like was the construction during my stay. After suffering the drilling noise, I requested to get moved to a lower floor. The staff was very helpful about it and the noise level was almost unnoticeable in my new room. This hotel has a classy European look that I really like. And you don't need to eat out anywhere if you don't want to. The Enebro restaurant is...

Convenient to hop on hop off, the Consstera Center few blocks away, the cable car to San Cristobal Hill, great restaurants around and walking distance to MUT! Staff is friendly and helpful. Agustin and Cecilia gave us outstanding recommendations to make our visit to Santiago worth coming back to. Room is comfortable and clean. "
