"We had a very enjoyable stay while visiting colleges in western and central New York. Very nice breakfast as well."

"Kimberly is helpful, she discussed all information we need to know. The property is clean! The breakfast was great! The hotel location is accessible to restaurants, to the places where we want to go. Highly recommended!"

"Stunning experience of grand classical structure with formal gardens. Sunrise over lake from auote window fantastic! The suites are truly lovely living accommodations much better than any long-stay hotel, and our two nights were such a treat. Breakfast very good on the terrace"

"Outside area was nice with view of the lake. My only 3 complaints were the bird droppings on furniture need to be cleaned up daily and there was 1 Adirondack chair with the back broken totally off and 2 white Adirondack chairs with broken seats outside for 4 days. Never saw any employee outside working. The town of Geneva has beautiful hanging baskets hanging along their street and you have 4 urns with dead plants in them🙁. How hard would it be to plant flowers in the urns and water them?...

"Great for the price. Great parking, good location."

"This Morning crotel is located perfectly for what we were looking for. It is very near Saunders Store where we look forward to getting some baked goods. Also close to mall for shipping and casinos for fun and shows! "

"Convenient location for Outlet mall. Small and basic motel, a bit pricy for what you get. "

"There were some minor issues at check-in but they were resolved. We had a comfortable stay. Very convenient to downtown Seneca Falls. I very much enjoyed my morning run along the canal."

"Good location for Geneva. Two block walk to downtown shops. It is early August so restaurants are on reduced hours. One block walk to lake waterfront and visitor center. Very convenient to Seneca Lake wine trail. Hotel is clean but could use some updating, mattresses in particular. Breakfast is fine."
