Hotels in Sanya Downtown

The hotel is a bit secluded but it is good since the property is quiet. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. I was pretty pleased about the property everything is really beautiful and well keep. The food is also delicious. A bit expensive but i really loved it. The food the buffet is average but the have some western options which are OK. The bad: Unless you speak Chinese you are pretty much out of luck. The staff English is almost non-existent. The check in was slow, money exchange was slow...

Great choice for rest & relaxation. Secluded & private. Good selection of food & wine. Service is awesome. Not enough beach chairs on sand for hotel of this size. Also, beach is very rocky compared to rest of Sanya.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Sanya Yalong Bay. The staff were attentive and helpful, we enjoyed the on-site restaurants, and the proximity to the beach was convenient.

We had a lovely stay at the Sofitel Leeman in Sanya. The hotell was pretty full so we were swiftly upgraded to a suite which was very appreciated. The service was great and the entire resort was delightful, everything from the main building all the way to the beach, we were greeted by friendly staff and lush landscaping. The pool areas consisted of several pools with a different atmosphere, you will definitely find one you like.

Atlantis is way beyond my expectation. The rooms are super clean, grand all with exceptional ocean view. The best thing about the hotel is the service. Anything you ask for is delivered within 20 mins. Even the common areas are spotless. Every staff in the hotel are super nice. You can stop anyone and you will always get a nice smile. The fact that hotel includes the waterpark and aquarium makes this a super good deal to stay (worth at least half of the say). Food is more expensive by china...

Property is quiet and generally nice. It just didn’t feel as special as I would have expected. We stayed at a Renaissance here four years ago and overall I felt the service and attention to detail there was much better than the Begonia, even though the Begonia is more expensive and considered more luxury. Everything about this place was great , highly recommend staying here to anyone ! I was amazed about our housekeeping attention to detail , most amazing housekeeping service ever experienced !

1. I had booked the trip on hotels.com and was promised a room with an ocean view. This was clearly stated on the confirmation. 2. However, when we got there, we were given an older room on the far end with only a view of a mosquito infested pond. 3. I was allowed a room change to the agreed type of room on threatening to move out. 4. After the room change, everything else was great, the service, the food and the facilities. 5. Had an excellent and romantic stay.
