"We booked a hotel called Neece on Expedia over a month before our travel only to find out after looking for two hours of driving that the hotel closed down four years ago. This was the worst experience we have had with Expedia. They try to rebook us the week of Christmas in a hotel over a one hour away from where we were supposed to stay it was a nightmare experience I would not recommend Expedia with their quality of customer service. This is a review on the Expedia platform. I have discovered that this is a common situation and I’ve heard about this issue. Expedia needs to be more on top of the platforms that they are hosting as this hotel closed down four years ago."

"We loved everything. We were looking for relaxation by the beach and pool by this point in our trip. Premier sure did deliver on this, their location is perfect and Kelm Beach has our heart. We loved our relaxing stay. The staff were amazing - reception staff went above and beyond with the breakfast boxes organised for us to have as we had an early departure flight from the island.
The buffet breakfast by the way you have so much choice, something for everyone. I would say go early to breakfast to avoid busy time (After 9am was insanely busy on our first morning at resort).
We loved everything about resort location and we hope to return with the rest of the family in the future. "
