I struggled with the identity verification through the check-in app, and the Manager was more than accommodating and ensured me there would be zero issues checking in to my room. Prime location - steps from Bathurst station, and so many great restaurants along Bloor St W. The room itself - very modern and up to date. Great TV with the various streaming apps, comfy bed, and overall no complaints. We will be back!"

"We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. The location is perfect if your going to Toronto to watch a ball game or sight see. It’s beside the Roger’s Centre and the Aquarim. A short walk to St Lawrence Market and the waterfront. Very close to the TIFF theatres. Staff were attentive and helpful. The restauarant served a very good buffet breakfast. The pool and spa were spacious and immaculate. This hotel is top notch. I will never stay anywhere else when I return to Toronto....
