The little hubs in the lift lobby’s to help yourself to tea and cofffee facilities was a bonus and pool towels supplied! Loved the swim up bar and enjoyed our cocktails poolside! Definitely going back to this hotel as it exceeded all our expectations!!! Totally pampered."

"This hotel is very well located, right by Somerset MRT and on Orchard Road (shopping, eating). The infinity pool(s) were well maintained and gave a really nice view of the city. But be aware the hotel lobby is on the 10th floor, and guest rooms are accessed via a different lift. So guests will need to take two lifts to get to their rooms."

"Nice location for walking around tourist areas. Also located inside a mall which has benefits. Big negative is the breakfast. There is not enough seating, and the entire area gets congested with anymore than 25 people. Not an enjoyable start to the day."

"What a treasure to have such a wonderful hotel attached to the airport. We arrived late and stayed only 1 night but Zyan (?) our wonderfully accommodating front desk agent immediately upgraded us and allowed us a late check out. Will definitely return next time I’m connecting through Singapore.."

"Great location for walking around & seeing the sights. Breakfast buffet was excellent value. Unfortunately our room didn’t smell so great, the age old SE Asia drainage smell in the bathroom was strong! The Wi-Fi did not work in our room, it worked in all public areas."
