Hotels in Playacar

This property continues to hit way above it's benchmark, at least in terms of the deal I found. Service, accommodations, amenities, food, the entire experience is superb. Out of 5 stars, though, I'd deduct 1/2 star for the unhappy increase in the club or lounge music around the property. The 2-3 hour daily set at the bar is tolerable, especially if your room is removed from that area. The music at the general restaurant on the other hand has gotten louder, and installing the DJ every other...

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The hire was clean and comfortable and the staff was VERY accommodating to everything we requested. All of the restaurants were very good. The waiters in the restaurants and bars were tending to all our needs. Overall we would come back again. We liked how close it was to walk into town or just hang out on the beach.

Many reviews have been written. Anything negative that has been written is just not the experience we had. We would say anybody who doesn’t think this property is fantastic is crazy. 5/5 by far. The best overall hotel experience we’ve ever had and we travel quite a bit. Top notch food, service and amenities. The staff are just amazing. Friendly and eager to please. The room was comfortable and clean. We definitely plan to go back.

Loved loved loved this resort you really feel mexico when staying here food was great service was amazing become friends with everyone who works there kind interesting and fun! Location is beyond perfect everything you want! Best part is the town and nightlife in walking distance felt very safe stayed for 8 days wanted to stay longer best part is the sister resort so you pay for one resort but have access to both overall was more then happy with my stay definitely can’t wait to be back again

I’ve stayed at this resort 4 times now. The service is good, the grounds are beautiful and the value is outstanding. I will certainly return in the future.

Everything was great I am an older single female traveler feel most comfortable here

The rooms are clean, comfortable (the beds are a bit firm), and with nice decor. The staff is very courteous and attentive. The A/C works great! The surroundings are nice and green. The location makes you feel very safe. The upgrade to the ambassador or royal suite is way worth the money! The breakfast has a good selection and is filling and generous. I will be staying here again and again!!! I highly recommend it!

Small but cozy resort. Great beach. Safe, calm, relaxing. Will definitely come again...)))

We recently stayed at Sandos Playacar resort for 10 days. I would have to say that this vacation was the best we have ever had to date! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff helped make it a special time for us in so many ways! Special treats and wine upon check in, flowers on our bed and a special romantic dinner, to name just a few. The adult section was wonderful for us! I highly recommend a room on the second or third floor overlooking the pool. The beach is quite a...

My family and I love the place , it had nice things to do,good entertainment, and good options for food

Easy check in. Staff was great, rooms are nice. No problem finding a spot at the beach or pool. Pool bar was great. Alajandro at the breakfast buffet took real good care of us. Stayed 5 nights, was able to go to specialty restaurants twice. We did Mexican and Italian. They were very good. We were in building 11, a little noisy at night, near the theater. The bed was too hard for my husband, I was OK. Overall we had a great time! Would definitely go back.

Place was pretty comfortable, pool is nice, breakfast very complete, staff very helpfull, options for beach clubs are good too, would come back for sure, price is great, feels like you get more than what you pay ! Hope my coment doesn't make them raise their rates😂

I had a wonderful experience! The staff was attentive and extremely professional. The entire stay was pleasant and I strongly recommend Sunset Fisherman Resort.

Todos son muy amables todo se encuentra en buenas condiciones.

Very comfortable, friendly staff. Perfect quiet getaway.

Great place to stay … place was very clean and staff were all friendly… drinks and food are a bit pricey… I would stay there again.

Stayed at the Zen resort. Great welcoming environment. Relaxing. pampered. Spa too expensive for what they offer, though. Excellent restaurants, although food somewhat scant in some of them (Piaff and, De Autor). Quality of drinks intermediate. Beaches resorts with excellent infinity pool and wet bar. Azul and Lucca best places to eat. Watch out at Piaf restaurant with sommelier trying to have you choose from an expensive list of wines not included in the "all inclusive". "All...
